Vintage Burn™ Review: My Experience

I’ve used Vintage Burn fat burner for more than six weeks. First of all, I can tell you that this is one of the strongest fat-burners I’ve ever tried. And I usually tolerate very well thermogenic fat burners.

When I started taking this fat burner, I made the mistake of taking the first dosage on an empty stomach. A big mistake. My recommendation is to start with one capsule with a meal and build up the dosage from there.

Once your tolerance adds up, you can increase the dosage and even take it on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning before a workout, for example.

I suggest you take a maximum of 4 capsules a day (two capsules, two times a day with a meal).

Also, don’t take the product late in the afternoon as you may experience a level of insomnia.

Have I Felt any Side Effect

Well, other than the slight headache when I took it for the first time in the morning on an empty stomach, I had none.

Which Benefits I Experienced

First,  I am the always hungry type of dude, and dieting is usually a big struggle for me. When I start taking this fat burner, there were literally days when I had to force myself to eat, which I couldn’t believe.

Also, you can feel when the ingredients work when they kick-in. Basically, you will feel some level of thermogenesis – your body is heating up. You can also start sweating a bit more.

But once your tolerance builds, you will feel these things less. Not that the fat burner will stop working, you will just tolerate it better.

To Wrap It Up

The Vintage Burn™ fat burner by Old School Labs is already my top product for trimming some extra fat and easier dieting in a period of cutting weight.

The 120 capsules bottle will usually last for at least 40 days, which is enough time when dieting for weight loss.

What I like the most about the product is that I don’t get any jitters. You can still “feel it without the side effects. And the fact that it lowers my appetite is a game-changer for someone like me.
